Tilda started her career in TV advertising production, and then worked for Greenpeace, before making documentaries and setting up a trust.
She began fundraising for Michael Park Steiner School then moved on to the YWCA Auckland.
Tilda now recruits fundraisers and marketing professionals and has an interest in the arts, social enterprise and environmental causes.
She has a Post Graduate Marketing Diploma from MIT Auckland.
Sarah began her early career practicing as a lawyer before moving into executive recruitment at Sheffield Consulting Group. She has worked for a variety of professional service firms in both Auckland and London.
In recent years she established herself as a fundraiser, first at Starship Foundation and then at St Cuthbert’s College, where she was the Head of Development.
Sarah has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Auckland.
Trilby recruits junior roles, as well as providing administrative and research support to the NZ Director and extended Execucare NZ team.
Prior to joining Execucare, she worked as a Manager at Kapai New Zealand, running a store, managing a team of up to nine and handling the human resources function.
Trilby has a Certificate in Fundraising from FINZ.
Three years with the Fundraising Institute of New Zealand has given Minnie an insight on the ins and outs of the NFP sector. She provides administrative and research support to the NZ Execucare team.
Outside of Execucare, she is an accomplished writer and producer with award-winning filmmakers The Candle Wasters who create fierce, funny, feminist work.
Minnie has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and English Literature from Victoria University of Wellington.
